Shane founded Kilian & Associates following half a decade managing the IRD's Technical and Legal Unit and several years in a top tier law firm. Shane is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand, New South Wales and South Africa and has a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
Beginning his career as a civil and commercial litigator working for all 4 of the major banks in South Africa, as well as South African Breweries and Distillers Corporation, enabled him to obtain extensive court room and advocacy experience.
Registered Legal Executive & Law Clerk
Kayla started working for Kilian & Associates on 2017 as the office administrator. She is currently in her second year of her Law Degree at the University of Auckland and now works for us as a Law Clerk. She has also completed a New Zealand Diploma of Legal Executive Studies and is Registered to the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.
Your first point of call, as our client, will be the office where Kayla 'mans the fort'. She will keep you up to speed with your upcoming court appearances, setting meetings and assist where she can with your matter.
